The environment is as important as our loyal customers.  To emphasize this concern, our web site will ultimately reflect our interest in maintaining a "Green" presence in the State of Maine. Below is an ever-growing list of the things we do to   "STAY GREEN".

Effective January 1, 2010, Styrofoam Products will not be used.
Effective January 1, 2010, Serviceware is Recyclable or Renewable.
We leave your Event Sparkling Clean, FREE of Chemicals.
We offer Earth Conscious Stewardship of your Event Site.
 

The shade gets a little greener when we protect land from developers, urban or otherwise, thus supporting historic sites, museums and clean rivers. There are many Organic Resource Centers to review - such as the few sites listed  below.  Restaurants and Caterers offering organic food and filtered water move onto greener pastures with LED lights, recycled paper, and much more.
